Semifreddo in Italian means half cold and in English it means Mmmm Mmmm Good. When it is topped with hot fudge you have what I'd consider a bit of sex on a plate. I apologize, if you have Pistachio Semifreddo topped with hot fudge while it sits on a creme fraiche brownie, then you have sex on a plate. There are pistachio's in every bite, if you love pistachio's like I do then you'll be a happy person. The semifreddo appears in front of your eyes naked, but patience will tell you that a wondrous silver cream pourer will soon follow and it's filled with the rich chocolate hot fudge. Cue eyes roll in back of your head.
